Special announcement from Stokes Hearing & Audiology Services regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation.

To all of our valued customers,
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak currently occurring within our province and around the world, we want to ensure the health and safety of our patients and visitors Stokes Hearing & Audiology Services. We are aware this situation may be subject to change and we are monitoring the situation closely. We will remain open unless instructed otherwise by official public health guidance.
In order to reduce the risk of infection or spread of the virus to vulnerable members of our community, we ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of coughing, shortness of breath, fever, an upper respiratory infection, or a lower respiratory infection of any kind do not attend the clinic at this time. We will be happy to reschedule any appointments at no charge.
Our standards for infection control have always been exceptionally high at Stokes Hearing & Audiology Services. However, we are now performing repeated enhanced cleaning of our facilities and equipment in accordance with heightened infection control guidance.
